Zusammenfassung
Echinokokkose ist eine durch Finnen des Bandwurms hervorgerufene parasitäre Erkrankung des Menschen.
Der Hundebandwurm besteht aus dem Köpfchen und 3 Ghedern und ist 3–6 mm lang. Die Glieder enthalten bis zu 1000 Eier. Die Larve durchbohrt den Darm des Menschen und kommt mit dem Blut in die Leber (60%), die Lunge (30%) sowie die Milz, die Nieren, das Gehirn und die Knochen (10%), wird dann zur Finne und kann Kindskopfgröße erreichen [4].
