Zusammenfassung
Eine Pankreasspeichelfistel ist eine schwere Komplikation, die meist im Verlauf einer nekrotisierenden Pankreatitis oder nach traumatischer Läsion des Pankreas auftritt. Gefürchtet sind Pankreasspeichelfisteln nach operativen Eingriffen am Pankreas. Über die Fistel kommt es zur Entleerung reinen Pankreassekretes in die freie Bauchhöhle, den Pleuraraum oder in andere Hohlräume mit der Ausbildung weiterer tryptischer Nekrosen.
