Zusammenfassung

Die Postmenopauseblutung gilt als führendes Symptom beim Endometriumkar- zinom und wird nach herrschender Lehrmeinung immer einer fraktionierten diagnostischen Abrasio zugeführt. Eine Analyse histologischer Befunde von Abra- daten bei Postmenopauseblutung zeigt in 82% atrophisches Endometrium, während Karzinome und Polypen in lediglich 7 bzw. 2% diagnostiziert wurden [1].
