Zusammenfassung
Es muß damit gerechnet werden, daß etwa 35% aller Patientinnen mit invasiven Zervixkarzinomen einen Rezidivtumor entwickeln. Die überwiegende Mehrzahl dieser Rezidivtumoren tritt innerhalb von 36 Monaten und etwa ein Anteil von 80% innerhalb der ersten zwei Jahre nach Therapiebeginn auf (Abb. 1) [3, 4, 18]. Das Intervall zwischen primärer Behandlung eines Endometriumkarzinoms und eines Rezidivtumors ist meist kurz [25]. Angaben über Lokalrezidivraten nach alleiniger Strahlentherapie von Zervixkarzinomen sind von Perez und Mitarb. (1983) und anderen Autoren in großen Serien mitgeteilt [17, 20]. Danach treten in den ersten 12 Monaten beim Stadium Ib Karzinom in 2%, beim Stadium IIa in 8%, beim Stadium IIb in 12% und beim Stadium III in etwa 25% in den ersten 12 Monaten Lokakrezisive auf. Lokalrezidivraten beim Karzinom des Korpus uteri wurden von Yoonesi und Mitarb. (1979) für Stadium I and II Tumoren mitgeteilt [25]; das durchschnittliche zeitliche Intervall von Primärtherapie zur klinischen Diagnose eines Rezidivtumors betrug für Korpuskarziname mit dem histologischen Grading I 38 Monate, für Tumoren mit histologischen Grading II 21 Monate und für Grad III Tumoren 14 Monate.
