Zusammenfassung
Die Strukturaufklärung des Prostacyclins (PGI2) ergab, daß diese Substanz als typisches Cyclooxygenaseprodukt den Eicosanoiden zuzurechnen ist. Die chemische Struktur des Prostacyclins (Abb. 2) wird als 9-Deoxy-6,9α-epoxy-delta5-PGF1α beschrieben [289].
