Bright SrS TFEL Devices Prepared by Multi-Source Deposition

Abstract

Bright SrS electroluminescent devices with 1100 cd/m2 at 5 kHz have been obtained using a new method of multi source deposition (MSD). Four types of SrS EL devices were studied.
