Zusammenfassung
Der Krankheitsverlauf einer Gicht kann auch unter internistischer Behandlung zu umfangreichen und tiefgreifenden Veränderungen an Gelenken, Knochen und Weichteilen führen. Es handelt sich dabei um die Fälle, die medikamentös wenig oder nicht mehr zu beeinflussen sind. Wegen Funktionseinbußen bzw. Sekundärinfektionen müssen diese chirurgisch aktiv angegangen werden.
