Abstract
In Belgium primary care is delivered by general practitioners (+/− 13.000), specialists (+/− 4300 =1/3 of all specialists), dentists (+/− 5.800), pharmacists (10.363, − 5.543 officinas), physiotherapists (12.400), midwives (3.442), and visiting nurses (+/− 4000).
