Abstract

A model for the evaluation of health services is proposed. It allowy to assess the degree of obtainment of quality and organization objectives in every, service of an area. From the objectives one can derive exactly the necessary conditions for their obtainment an express these in form of questions gathered in a questionary. The answers are compared with standards (when possible) or measured by a three degrees scale.
