Abstract
The motivation system becomes increasingly important for optimal economic and social development. It is highly important to optimize the relation between two basic motives towards development and consumption. By co-ordinating the motives, as immanent propulsive forces to the system, and stimuli, having the role of control parameters for balancing the two basic motives, we optimize economic and social development.
