Abstract

In this paper is considered the self-management social welfare model. Here the dynamic social welfare functional is applied by the method of least squares, when a difference exists between the plan’s determined regional utility functions and regional utility functions realized in time. In the model utility is interpreted as a quality measure of the individual who is at the same time a consumer, producer and self-management decision-maker.
