Abstract
One can use about 40 descriptors to sufficiently describe buildings and sites for negotiations. However, existing IR-Systems do not take into consideration the fact that query-descriptors are mainly characterized by expectations and vague conceptions. In order to represent reality, query-descriptors (and some document-descriptors) cannot be described by fixed data or even intervals. In a certain way, we define relevant descriptors as fuzzy sets and thus construct fundamentals for an IR-System for Real Estate agency services that can be realistically implemented. Such a system can be adapted to related topics (e.g. personnel assignment).
