The diagnostic significance of abdominal angiography is not difficult to document in the individual case. The range and diversity of the indications described in the preceding chapters, however, are ample testimony that the roentgenologic visualization of the vascular system represents a new and important diagnostic technique in the clinical management of abdominal illnesses.
