Zusammenfassung
Die Hyperbilirubinämie des Frühgeborenen ist neuerdings zu einem dringlichen therapeutischen Problem geworden (vgl. 1, 3, 5, 10, 14, 16, 18, 20). Sie entwickelt sich im Gegensatz zum Icterus gravis bei Blutfaktorenunverträglichkeit bekanntlich erst am 3. oder 4. Lebenstag und erreicht ihren Höhepunkt am 5.–7. Lebenstag.
