Zusammenfassung

Abgesehen vom nephrotischen Syndrom, kommen Diuretica bei Nierenkranken nicht häufig zur Anwendung. Immerhin stellt die diuretische Therapie des Nierenpatienten eine Reihe von wichtigen Problemen. Es fragt sich erstens, ob die Diuretica für die kranke Niere schädlich sind, zweitens, da sie einen renalen Angriffspunkt besitzen, ob ihre Wirksamkeit durch die bestehenden Nierenveränderungen abgeschwächt bzw. aufgehoben wird, und drittens, bei welchen Krankheitsgruppen harntreibende Mittel angezeigt sind.
