Abstract

Sources of Error in Kinetic Measurements. It is very easy to make fairly accurate measurements of the rate of action on a cell population of a particular concentration of drug (time-action curve) and from a series of such curves, which cover an adequate range of concentrations, the relation between concentration and the time until a selected action appears (time-concentration curve) can be determined.
