Zusammenfassung

Getreide, Mehle und Brote sowie Backwaren sind in Belgien nach den Vorschriften des allgemeinen Lebensmittelrechtes zu beurteilen. Eigentliche Sondergesetze habe ich nicht gefunden. Dagegen ist eine auf Grund des Lebensmittelgesetzes vom 4. August 1890 und der Kgl. Verordnung vom 28. September 1891 erlassene Kgl. Verordnung über Teigwaren vom l.März 1932 erlassen, die im Moniteur Belge Nr. 94 vom 3. April 1932 S. 1787 abgedruckt ist1.
