Zusammenfassung

Zuweilen wird die wissensbasierte Softwareentwicklung noch als spezielle Methodik und Werkzeug-Unterstützung für die Entwicklung von Expertensystemen, KI-Anwendun-gen und ähnlich “ausgefallenen” Vorhaben betrachtet. Diese Ansicht entspricht nicht mehr der Realität. In InterFace sind inzwischen mehr als 50% der wissensbasiert realisierten Softwareprojekte “konventionell”. Noch vor wenigen Jahren hätte man für sie die traditionellen Methoden der Softwaretechnologie und Programmiersprachen wie Pascal oder C gewählt.
