Zusammenfassung
Transkonjunktivale Kryotherapie wurde bei kortikosteroidresistenter peripherer Uveitis angewandt Die Kältebehandlung scheint den klinischen Verlauf der Krankheit zu verändern. Sie erwies sich besonders wirkungsvoll bei peripherer Uveitis mit umschriebenen Entzündungsherden, die gezielt behandelt werden konnten.
Summary
Transconjunctival cryotherapy was applied in peripheral uveitis unresponsive to corticosteroid therapy. Cryotherapy seems to change the clinical course of the disease. It showed most effective in peripheral uveitis with circumscribed inflammatory foci which directly could be treated.
