Antibiotika bei endogener Uveitis?

Antibiotics in Endogenous Uveitis?

Summary

Endogenous uveitis may be initiated or maintained by micro-organisms (bacteria, viruses, fungi, parasites). Antimicrobial chemotherapy is indicated in acute infectious endophthalmitis. The treatment of chronic endogenous uveitis is far more difficult. The particular procedure and the treatment with chemotherapeutic agents must depend on the clinical picture and on the development.
