Zusammenfassung

Bast und Mitarbeitern gelang es 1981 durch Immunisierung von Mäusen monoklonale Antikörper gegen antigene Determinanten (CA 125) einer serösen Ovarialkarzinom-Zellinie herzustellen (1). Diese Antigene können im Serum von Ovarialkarzinompatientinnen nachgewiesen werden (2).
