Zusammenfassung

Aus der am biologischen Test mit Neurospora crassa und Streptococcus faecalis beobachteten Wechselwirkung zwischen Actinomycin C und Desoxyribo-nucleinsäure ergab sich die Frage, ob Actinomycin C und DNS in vitro miteinander reagieren. Über die hierzu durchgeführten physikalisch-chemischen Untersuchungen wird im folgenden berichtet.
