Zusammenfassung

Schmerz kann als eine Reaktion aufgefaßt werden, die auf drei Ebenen des Organismus ablaufen kann: der subjektiv-psychologischen, der motorisch-verhaltensmäßigen und der physiologisch-organischen Reaktionsebene. Der Zusammenhang zwischen diesen drei Ebenen ist häufig gering.
