Zusammenfassung
Bei Studien über die Ursache von Kiefergelenkankylosen fand Straight und Mitarbeiter (1948), daß 80% der Patienten jünger als 10 Jahre waren. Ähnliche Ergebnisse sind aus den Untersuchungen von Topazian (1964) zu entnehmen, der feststellte, daß bei 43 Fällen von Kiefergelenkankylose in 75% Patienten unter 10 Jahren betroffen waren.
