Abstract
In this paper elementary quantum mechanics (henceforth QM) is given a formulation characterized by two traits that do not seem to have occurred jointly before, namely logical order and a strictly physical interpretation. In other words, the formalism of QM is organized axiomatically and is assigned a content free from nonphysical (particularly psychological) associations. The details are given elsewhere [1].
