Zusammenfassung

Auch vermeintlich gesicherte Behandlungskonzepte unterliegen Änderungen, die durch medikamentöse Neuentwicklungen, aber auch durch neue Erkenntnisse zu bereits bekannten Pharmaka hervorgerufen werden. Gelegentlich hat ein Wandel der Therapie auch ökonomische Gründe. Im Folgenden soll versucht werden, den aktuellen Stellenwert der verschiedenen, für die stabile Angina pectoris geeigneten Medikamente kritisch zu evaluieren und daraus therapeutische Konsequenzen abzuleiten.
