Zusammenfassung

Frakturen des Femurkopfes (Typ C) sind immer Teil einer kombinierten Hüftgelenkverletzung meist als Resultat einer posterioren oder obturatorischen Luxation bzw. einer Luxa-tionsfraktur. Nicht selten gehen sie mit Azetabulumquerfrakturen einher.
