Zusammenfassung
Der Handbuchbeitrag wurde 1959 abgeschlossen, Anfang 1960 nochmals überarbeitet und am 14. 4. 60 zum Druck gegeben. Da sich das Erscheinen des Bandes bis 1965 hinausgezögert hat, sind Ergänzungen zu dem vor 5 Jahren bearbeiteten Kapitel, die die neuere Literatur berücksichtigen, notwendig. Diese können leider aus verlagstechnischen Gründen nur in Form eines kurzen Nachtrages gebracht werden. Außerdem wurden in einem Anhang zum Literatur-Verzeichnis die wichtigsten Publikationen seit 1959 für die einzelnen Teilgebiete nachgetragen.
