Zusammenfassung

Bei der serologischen Klassifizierung derSalmonellaspecies mit Hilfe des Kauffmann-White-Schemas spielen die hitzestabilen somatischen O-Antigene eine wichtige Rolle. Sie sind in der Zell wand der Bakterien lokalisiert und werden im Agglutinationstest mittels verschiedener O-Antiseren nachgewiesen.
