Zusammenfassung
Die Mikroelektrodentechnik zur Bestimmung des arteriellen Sauerstoffpartialdruckes aus dem hyperämisierten Ohrcapillarblut [18] hat heute in der Funktionsdiagnostik kardiopulmonaler Störungen einen festen Platz. Vergleichende Messungen zwischen den Ohrcapillarblut-Werten und den intraarteriellen Partialdrucken ergeben eine gute Übereinstimmung [10, 18–20]. Wie für alle Funktionsparameter ist dabei die Kenntnis der Normalwerte von großer Bedeutung. Im besonderen ist dies notwendig, wenn — wie im Falle des arteriellen Sauerstoffpartialdruckes — diese Normalwerte zusätzlich von einer Reihe von Faktoren abhängen und beeinflußt werden.
