Zusammenfassung
Im Nierenkörperchen wird der Urin anfänglich als ein Ultrafiltrat des Blutes gebildet: Moleküle mit einem Molekulargewicht von mehr als 45000 werden im zirkulierenden Blut zurückgehalten, während kleinere in den Kapselraum oder in das Lumen des Nephron abfiltriert werden. In der vorliegenden elektronenmikroskopischen Aufnahme kann man den morphologischen Aufbau des Nierenfilters studieren.
