Zusammenfassung
Die Beurteilung von Schädelhirntraumen ist dadurch erschwert, daß es aufgrund des klinischen Befundes in den meisten Fällen nicht möglich ist, insbesondere im Frühstadium eine Aussage über den Schweregrad der Verletzung und den daraus zu erwartenden Verlauf zu machen. An 80 Patienten mit Schädelhirntraumen unterschiedlichen Schweregrades wurde daher untersucht, ob durch die Erfassung biochemischer Parameter eine derartige Aussage ermöglicht wird, bzw. erleichtert werden kann.
