Abstract

The much dreaded complication of hydatidiform mole is choriocarcinoma and its incidence was found to be 9% among 265 cases treated in our clinic (Chun et al., 1964). A study was made 9 months ago to see if the prophylactic use of chemotherapy could prevent it!
