Zusammenfassung
Spätestens seit den Arbeiten von Rentrop (1) hat sich das Interesse der Cardiologen der Gerin -nung wieder zugewendet. Rentrop konnte zeigen, daß durch akute Gabe von Streptokinase beim Herzinfarkt total verschlossene Gefäße zumindest teilweise wieder eröffnet werden können. Dies beweist, daß beim akuten Geschehen um den Herzinfarkt der Thrombus und damit die Gerin -nung zumindest mitbeteiligt ist.
