Zusammenfassung
Nach einer von uns bereits beschriebenen Methode (1) wurden Rattennieren isoliert und künstlich durchströmt. Zur Perfusion wurde eine auch kolloidosmotisch isotone, gepufferte haemaccelhaltige+ (3,5%) Nährlösung verwendet, die bei 37°C mit Sauerstoff unter Atmosphärendruck gesättigt war. Sie enthielt ausserdem (in mMol/l): NaCl 145,0; Na-Acetat 5,0; KCl 5,0; MgCl2 0,5; CaCl2 1, 2; Phosphatpuffer (pH 7,35) 4,0; Glukose 4,0; Albumin 1g/1000 ml; Inosin 0,5; Adenin 0,25; Guanosin 0,25; Na-Ketoglutarat 0,05; Na-Malat 0,1; Harnstoff 40 mg%; Pitressin (Parke Davis) 120 mE/1000 ml; Aldosteron (Aldocorten CIBA) 1,0 μg/1000 ml.
