Zusammenfassung
Der Einfluß immungenetischer Faktoren auf Entstehung und Progredienz von primären Glomerulonephritiden (GN) ist weitgehend ungeklärt. Die HLA-Region ist das zentrale „Kontrollorgan“ für die Immunantwort des Menschen [2]. Deshalb wurde inzwischen in mehreren Studien eine mögliche Assoziation bestimmter HLA-Allele mit verschiedenen Formen von primärer GN untersucht (Übersichtsarbeit [4]). Der generelle Nachteil solcher Untersuchungen liegt in der relativen Häufigkeit vieler HLA-Antigene in der Normalbevölkerung, wodurch die Aussagekraft für das Patientenkollektiv oftmals unbefriedigend ist. Es schien uns daher sinnvoll nach weiteren möglichst präzisen immungenetischen Markern zu fahnden.
