Zusammenfassung
Gallenblasensteine in Mitteleuropa und Nordamerika bestehen zu 80–90% aus Cholesterin. Dagegen enthalten Gallengangssteine, die über 1 Jahr nach Cholezystektomie endoskopisch gewonnen werden, vorwiegend Pigment [6, 8]. Wir untersuchten die Zusammensetzung von gleichzeitig in Gallenblase und Gallengang vorhandenen Steinen bei einer Serie von 35 konsekutiven Patienten, die mit Cholezysto- und Choledocholithiasis zur Operation kamen. Es waren 27 Frauen und acht Männer im Alter zwischen 33 und 77 Jahren.
