Zusammenfassung

Das Konzept der parakrinen Regulation stammt von dem Göttinger Pathologen Feyrter [1]. Es besagt, daß es Hormone mit lokaler Bedeutung gibt, die ihr Erfolgsorgan über den Interzellulärraum erreichen, d. h. unter Umgehung des allgemeinen Kreislaufs.
