Zusammenfassung

Die regelmäßige und richtige Tabletteneinnahme ist entscheidend für den Erfolg jeder medikamentösen Dauertherapie, so auch für die Behandlung der Herzinsuffizienz mit Lanataglykosiden. Wegen der relativ kurzen Serumeliminationshalbwertzeit von etwa 48 Std führt das Auslassen der Tabletteneinnahme zu einem raschen Wirkungsverlust und zur erneuten kardialen Dekompensation [1, 4].
