Zusammenfassung

Für die Verschlußrate von aorto-koronaren Venenbrücken ist die intraoperative Flußmessung von entscheidender prognostischer Bedeutung. Bei Durchflußmengen unter 45 ml/min ist die Verschlußrate in der unmittelbaren postoperativen Zeit unverhältnismäßig hoch [1]. Es wurde daher untersucht, ob das präoperative Koronarangiogramm Voraussagen über die intraoperativ gemessene Durchflußmenge und damit eine LangzeitPrognose über die Funktion des Venenbypass zuläßt.
