Zusammenfassung

Die portale Chirurgie umfaßt mehr als etwa nur die portokavale Anastomose; allein ihr kommt eine zentrale Position zu; sie ist zu einem Bezugspunkt erster Ordnung und über ihr „pro und contra“ nachgerade zu einem Wegekreuz der Meinungen geworden [1, 21, 38].
