Zusammenfassung

Die Frage nach der Kontraktilität des druckhypertrophierten linken Ventrikels (LVH) wird unterschiedlich beantwortet [3, 6, 7, 11, 12]. Als Ursache hierfür ist neben dem wechselnd ausgeprägten Hypertrophiegrad und der verschiedenen Wertigkeit der Kontraktilitätsparameter [1, 5] die Tatsache anzusprechen, daß sich die meisten Untersucher auf Aussagen über das Kontraktilitätsverhalten unter Ruhebedingungen begrenzen.
