Zusammenfassung

Aufgrund experimenteller In-vitro- und In-vivo-Untersuchungen der letzten Jahre ist für Agnuscastus-Extrakt eine prolaktininhibitorische Aktivität gezeigt worden [1–3]. Dabei handelt es sich um eine dopaminerge Wirkung infolge selektiver Stimulation von Dopaminrezeptoren vom D2-Typ [1, 2].
