Zusammenfassung

Das Hauptinteresse der Koronarangiographie liegt im Nachweis oder Ausschluß von Einengungen der Herzkranzgefäße. Vom Stenosegrad und der Verteilung sowie Bedeutung der betroffenen Kornargefäße wird unter Berücksichtigung der linksventrikulären Funktion und der Klinik das Behandlungskonzept festgelegt, da diese Parameter die Prognose entscheident beeinflussen (16).
