Zusammenfassung

Die medikamentöse Behandlung von Arrhythmien bei Patienten in der chronischen Phase des Myokardinfarktes ist im Jahre 1 nach CAST einer besonders kritischen Bewertung zu unterziehen. Die therapeutischen Intentionen sind auf die Prophylaxe und Therapie maligner ventrikulärer Arrhythmien mit dem Ziel der Prävention eines plötzlichen Herztodes ausgerichtet.
