Zusammenfassung
Die Wirkung von Nitraten auf die mit nuklearmedizinischen Verfahren erfaßbare Funktion und Hämodynamik des linken Ventrikels bei Patienten mit koronarer Herzkrankheit ist gut bekannt (Borer et al. 1981, Stauch et al. 1983). Die zu prüfende Substanz Teopranitol (KC 046) gehört zur Gruppe der organischen Nitrate und ist chemisch ein Theophyllin-substituiertes Isoididnitrat.
