Zusammenfassung

Myofasziale Schmerzen im Bereich der Brustwand können selbständig, aber auch symptomatisch bei anderen Grundkrankheiten auftreten. Deswegen müssen Anamnese und klinischer Befund sorgfältig aufgenommen werden. Meist ist schon auf Anhieb eine extra- oder intrathorakale Lokalisation möglich.
