Zusammenfassung

Bakteriologische Untersuchungen der Harnsteinoberfläche zeigen, daß Calcium-Phosphatsteine (Apatit) vor allem, wenn es sich um Steinrezidive handelt, sehr häufig, Struvit-Steine praktisch immer infiziert sind. Calcium-Oxalatsteine sind dagegen meist steril. Dies geht aus Untersuchungen von Vermeulen, Stamey und aus eigenen Beobachtungen hervor (Tab. 1).
