Zusammenfassung
Nach enzymhistochemischen Untersuchungen am Hundeherzen ist die Aktivität der alkalischen Phosphatase (AP) auf das Endothel und die glatte Gefäßmuskulatur der koronaren Widerstandsgefäße beschränkt (1). Eine Funktion dieser AP ist nicht bekannt. An einigen Zellorganellen wurde die AP mit der Ca++-stimulierbaren ATPase und dem Ca++-Transport in Zusammenhang gebracht, so am Btirstensaum des Dünndarmes (9, 17, 19), am Knochen und an Mikrosomen aus der glatten Muskulatur der Aorta (14). Die Gefäßmikrosomen setzen unter Angiotensin Ca++ frei, die AP und die Ca++-ATPase werden gehemmt. Der Angiotensineffekt ist durch Theophyllin und cAMP umkehrbar.
