Optimization of Structure and Development of Production Systems

Abstract

Problems encountered when developing some distributed production systems (or service systems), so as to make them capable of performing definite types of tasks are considered in the paper. These systems can be described by mathematical models used in the solution of problems of development and allocation of manufacturing tasks. Use is made of models describing events occurring at discrete time instants. The problem is reduced to an optimization of task distribution structure and to the choice of variants for the development of a system within the framework of allocated resources.
